Joshua A. Kellough

Joshua was born and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina. He graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law History. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law. Joshua is an Associate in the firm’s Charlotte office where he focuses on criminal defense litigation for felonies and misdemeanors, traffic matters, and estate planning. Prior to attending law school, Joshua worked as a legal intern for the Law Offices of Charlene Edwards in Lillington, North Carolina, handling misdemeanor offenses and traffic matters. During law school, Joshua worked as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and helped pioneer an experiential student teaching program for Pre-Law students at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina. He served as Associate Chief Justice of the Trial Advocacy Team where he competed in and won several Mock Trial Competitions. He was awarded the CALI award for his legal writing courses, Best Advocate Awards and National Competition bids. Upon graduation from law school, Joshua served as a Quality Assurance Attorney handling E-Discovery for Civil litigation. Joshua is a member of the North Carolina Bar.
